FOR CLIENTS:
- Terms: Payment due upon receipt of invoice
- Emergency contact must Not be spouse if
using pet services for travel
- All client info will be held in confidence
- All Dogs must be tagged
- All keys & codes are tagged with no association
to client address
- All cancelations must be text or called in before 9
am that day or charges may apply
- Invoicing is done every 2 weeks Friday to Friday
- We accept: e-transfer or credit card
- All vet information must be supplied on Pet Info Sheets
before any services may take place
- At least one emergency contact must be listed on Pet
Info Sheets
- Spoiled Rotten will make every effort to inform you
of any changes to your pet’s health and well-being
- By submitting the form, you authorize Spoiled Rotten
Pet Services
to act on your behalf for your pets care, this is to include
a possible trip to the vet locally or an afterhours pet
care clinic; We will make every attempt to contact you first,
then the emergency contact
FOR PETS:
- All pets will receive the highest care
- All pets being cared for, when owners are away will
be fed, walked or meds given according to instruction by
owners
- All dogs will be walked on a leash; a waist leash may
be used by the walker to ensure no escape, in conjunction
with a chock chain, gentle leader or body harness
- If a collar is used only please ensure it is in good
working order, we cannot be responsible for collars that
come unclipped
- All waste is picked up and bagged in bio-degradable
bags supplied to walkers
- NO DOGS WILL BE UNLEASHED UNLESS WE HAVE WRITTEN CONCENT
FROM OWNERS
- Only dogs attending Off Leash Fenced Parks will be unleashed
in holding areas, before entering and will not be unattended
at any time
- We advise any dogs attending the OFF-LEASH PARKS, have
kennel cough administered by your vet for protection
- Spoiled Rotten and its walkers will not be held responsible
for the death, loss or sickness of any pets
- Bark, bark, bark; meow, meow, chirp-chirp
- ALL PETS MUST BE LOVED AND HAVE FUN!
